AI Product Manager

This is a great opportunity for an experienced AI Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our AI-driven solutions. This role will ensure products stay at the forefront of AI innovation within healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our AI solutions deliver maximum value to customers and maintain a strong competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement
• Drive AI innovation by staying ahead of trends in AI, machine learning, speech recognition, and NLP, collaborating with technical teams to optimize performance
• Define and execute the AI product roadmap, focusing on innovation and differentiation
• Bridge communication between technical teams, sales, marketing, and leadership, gathering and prioritizing product requirements
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and improve the user experience
• Support sales by providing AI solutions, conducting demos, and assisting in pricing and go-to-market strategies
• Own and drive the Co-Pilot product roadmap, delivering impactful features.

Key requirements:

• Proficient in managing feature roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint planning using tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
• Demonstrated success in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery
• Capable of driving incremental product feature releases while maintaining a fast-paced development cycle
• Deep technical expertise in AI, including speech recognition, NLP, LLMs, performance enhancement, and deployment best practices
• Background in healthcare technology, with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance standards
• Experienced in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Strong problem-solving skills, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and strategies.
