Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Functional IT PM - Artificial Intelligence:

• Lead and manage one or more AI-focused projects within the VIRTUASSIST-360 program.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, timeline management, and interdependencies.
• Facilitate governance meetings and ensure project delivery aligns with internal methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business Sponsors, Datalab, and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and clear reporting to IT management.
• Guide the integration of AI technologies into business and IT processes.
• Support the reuse and scalability of AI solutions for future initiatives.

How do we imagine our future IT Functional PM - Artificial Intelligence?

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with significant exposure to AI-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies: machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker.
• Solid understanding of data governance, ethics, GDPR, and data quality practices.
• Proficiency in Agile and project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Prince2).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices: model lifecycle, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
