About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Data Analyst intern to join the Hazelnut Company (HCo), reporting to Hazelnut Company Procurement PMO.

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this internship, you will support the HCo Procurement PM in performing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including departmental scorecards, financial savings, compliance and ad hoc reporting.

Also, you will enhance the existing approach to collect and display information/KPIs in Excel towards PowerBI dashboards to monitor suppliers’ performance at Group Level.

Additionally, your mission will be to analyze procurement data highlighting risks and draw insights, leveraging also on digital solutions while presenting these date to HCO Procurement team and wider stakeholder network like Supply Chain, Industrial or Agri-Competence Center.

Last but not least, you will scout, identify and apply new technologies to standard ways of working, especially for reporting activities.

Who we are looking for:

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.

You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.

Excellent communicator, you have experience in project management and hands-on experience with statistical or machine learning forecasting tools.

Moreover, your ability to analyze data and identify trends, along with strong negotiation skills will be essential.

Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, VLOOKUP), SAP and PowerBI with your fluency in English.
