Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Scrum Meetings: Ensure smooth and effective Scrum meetings.
  • Ensure Adherence to Scrum Principles: Guarantee the team fully embraces and practices Scrum.
  • Facilitate Communication: Bridge between the development team and Delivery Manager for seamless collaboration.
  • Remove Impediments: Work closely with the team to eliminate roadblocks and keep the project on track.
  • Project Status Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience working with virtual/dispersed project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope.
  • Exceptional consulting and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Essential certifications: PSMI, PSM II, PSM III, AGILE PM, at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner).
