Required Expertise:

• Deep knowledge and experience in Agile ways of working.
• Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master certification.

As a Scrum Lead, you will:

• Drive the delivery of commitments made by PODs/teams.
• Implement Agile practices aligned with the Core Agile Scrum framework and associated processes.
• Promote and support the adoption of the Agile mindset.
• Oversee and guide the use of Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Shield your teams from external distractions.
• Facilitate ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Act as Scrum Lead/Master for two PODs/teams.
