🔎We are looking for an IT PMO

MAIN TASKS:

• Oversee domain projects, manage milestones, and support project status reporting.
• Assist the Project Manager with governance and compliance tasks.
• Maintain Clarity PPM to manage resources, track project progress, and generate reports for the organization.
• Conduct weekly and monthly monitoring, reporting, and quality assurance checks to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Proficient in project management tools and software, including Microsoft applications and Clarity PPM.
• Strong understanding of project and program management principles, including governance.
• Skilled in budget management practices and financial tracking within project frameworks.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Hybrid regime in Lisbon Office.
