Frontend Developer

Job Title: Front-End Angular Developer

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent FTE

Job Summary:

To build modern, responsive web applications, to work closely with UX designers and back-end developers to create intuitive user interfaces using Angular and strong understanding of front-end development, performance optimization, and best coding practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic UIs using Angular and TypeScript.
• Implement responsive, cross-browser-compatible designs.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams.
• Ensure high code quality through testing and code reviews.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
• Optimize performance and ensure consistent branding.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java.
• Experience with JDBC, SQL databases, RHEL/Linux, shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern build tools (npm, yarn, gulp).
• Exposure to testing tools (Jasmine, Karma, Selenium).
• Solid grasp of software engineering practices and design patterns.

Preferred Skills:

• Microservices, REST/GraphQL, and API management.
• Cloud-native development (Serverless, OpenShift, etc.)
• CI/CD tools (Tekton, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Event-driven systems (Kafka, Spark, etc.)
• Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, etc.)
• Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
