Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

A well-established construction company specializing in high-rise projects is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join its dynamic team in Toronto. This position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Lead a dedicated project team, providing direction and guidance to ensure the successful completion of high-rise projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including status updates, expected delays, and scope changes.
  • Manage the coordination of trades and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other applicable standards throughout the project.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of project schedules and budgets, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.


Skills and Experience:

  • Construction Expertise: Proven experience in managing high-rise construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a project management role, ideally within high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial construction.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.

  • High-Rise Construction, Project Management, New Build, Scheduling, Budgeting, Subcontractor Coordination, Safety Compliance, Quality Control.
