• Candidate should have valid QID

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate daily activities, training sessions, and scrims to ensure peak team performance.
• Motivate and inspire players to maintain focus, discipline, and consistency in both training and competition.
• Act as the primary link between team members and management, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
• Support in organizing and executing esports events, tournaments, and bootcamps. Apply knowledge of tournament formats and bracket systems to ensure smooth execution.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and professional environment on and off the game.
• Monitor individual and team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
• Collaborate on content creation and manage social media initiatives to enhance the team’s visibility and brand.
