Right now, we’re looking for a Employer Branding Specialist to join us on a contract basis to create and implement a clear, cohesive, and high-impact employer branding strategy that positions us as a top choice for digital marketing professionals across the globe covering EMEA and the US markets. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to shape perception, build trust, and grow awareness of who we are and why we’re the team to join.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating the smoothest, most welcoming onboarding experience for new hires
- Mission & Values: co-create, refine, and help articulate our mission, core values, and EVP (Employer Value Proposition), making sure they resonate internally and externally. Social Media Content Creation: build and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Glassdoor to increase engagement and brand reach.
- Employee Advocacy: launch and manage internal advocacy programs to turn our current team into brand ambassadors.
- Visual Identity & Messaging: ensure all external communication reflects a consistent tone, visual identity, and employer brand narrative.
- Recruitment Campaigns: collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support key hiring initiatives with tailored content and mini-campaigns.
- Analytics & Iteration: track performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Storytelling: unearth and amplify authentic stories from our team, our culture, and our achievements.
- Internal Alignment: ensure our mission and values are embedded across onboarding, internal communications, and HR touchpoints.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or Brand Communications (agency or in-house)
- Proven experience defining or evolving a company’s mission, values, and EVP
- A strong portfolio of employer branding work, especially around social media and team growth
- Deep understanding of recruitment marketing and audience segmentation
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech or digital environments
- Outstanding writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Familiarity with employer review platforms (Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.)
- Bonus: experience supporting international hiring or global branding campaigns
- English level of B2 or higher
Timeline & Commitment:
- This is a 3–6 month contract role with potential to extend based on performance and ongoing hiring growth.
- You’ll be working directly with the CEO, CMO, and Head of People & Talent.
