noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

About noon Food

Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

What you'll do:

• Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
• Must have a strong grasp of illustration and design, with the ability to create original, brand-aligned artwork when needed
• Lead and mentor graphic and brand designers.
• Provide feedback and career development support to designers at all levels.
• Build a high-performing design culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Own the design roadmap and ensure alignment with broader product, marketing, and brand strategies.
• Translate business objectives into clear creative strategies and design deliverables.
• Ensure design consistency across platforms and touchpoints (web, mobile, campaigns, offline).
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Partner with leadership to influence product direction and business decisions through design thinking.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery of high-quality designs on time.
• Implement and improve scalable design processes, systems, and tools.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and integrate user feedback into design iterations.

What you’ll need:

• 5-6 years of relevant design experience
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both hands-on design expertise and leadership impact.
• Deep understanding of design principles, illustration styles, and brand strategy.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, procreate and prototyping tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
