Requirements / Qualifications
1PM to 10 PM (support for releases activities based on EST times) ( 2 days per Production)

Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably computer science or similar)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment with overall 8+ year -10 yrs of experience
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Strong understanding of modern SDLC processes and tools, with experience in release management and change/incident management. Experience with Ticket creation, escalation, and SDLC management processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Highly energetic and self-motivated, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive team culture.
- Proficiency with Jira, custom filtering, and extensive reporting. Knowledge of Confluence or collaborating tools is desirable
- Exposure to teams working with client-facing SaaS products
- Understanding of IT processes and challenges
- Prior experience as a BA, PM, developer or a QA.
