As a Field Service Technician, you’ll ensure our advanced systems perform at their best while contributing to environmental sustainability and customer satisfaction worldwide.

Your Main Responsibilities

Onboard Service Tasks

  • Perform annual surveys and basic mechanical/electrical repairs
  • Train vessel crew on operational use of Evac systems
  • Deliver detailed, high-quality service and commissioning reports

Project and Warranty Support

  • Supervise installation and handover of equipment on newbuild and retrofit projects
  • Conduct pre-sales surveys and warranty claim assessments
  • Carry out courtesy visits and maintain strong customer relationships

Sustainability & Customer Satisfaction

  • Communicate professionally with clients on board and remotely
  • Capture field findings and feedback to support product and service improvements
  • Help uphold Evac’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and technical expertise

What We’re Looking For

Education & Skills

  • Strong mechanical and electrical technical knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and schematics
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel; capable of detailed report writing
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Physical & Interpersonal Capabilities

  • Able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces
  • Calm and professional under pressure, both independently and in teams
  • Willingness to travel globally and work in challenging environments
