Cyber Security Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled Cybersecurity Specialist who is passionate about digital defence and thrives in complex threat landscapes. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping us anticipate, identify, and neutralize cybersecurity threats while driving proactive initiatives that keep our systems, partners, and customers secure.

Your experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience in a cybersecurity function, ideally within a regulated or complex environment.
• Ability to clearly articulate sophisticated security risks and mitigation strategies to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• A deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat landscapes, including: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, BSI Circular Protection, etc. OWASP ASVS, MITRE ATT&CK, MITRE D3FEND.
• Experience in cybersecurity consulting or cyber simulation/game-based learning is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting language for automation or analysis tasks.
• Fluency in German and strong English communication skills are essential.
