Specific service description:

• Development of a structured, transparent, and decision-making approach to finance-relevant issues, taking into account OtC, TAX, Treasury, FAM, Controlling, as well as the overarching Client’s program management.
• Mapping of finance-relevant requirements, including the development of compliance and accounting standards in the Client architecture.
• Preparation of information and decision-making templates for program management and the board of directors.
• Technical analysis and strategic consulting in the definition and specification of new requirements for financial processes in the new BSS system architecture, as well as identification and design of optimization measures in the finance context, including consideration of accounting and compliance standards.
• Project-relevant end-to-end management of the defined requirements in the relevant transformation initiatives (Client) and establishment of transparent tracking for implementation and goal achievement.
• Development of an integrated end-to-end process view, incorporating upstream processes, systems, and relevant interfaces, in compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, HGB).
• Identification and implementation of Optimization potential with regard to data quality and information granularity in target systems
