About Your New Employer

• Sigmar Recruitment are working exclusively with Evernorth to help them grow their Technology Innovation Hub in Galway. As part of this, they are looking to hire a Python Developer. This Developer will work on the NetDevOps Team which focuses on Network Automation.

About Your New Job

• Build REST APIs using Python.
• Interact with Network Engineers to create innovative solutions to reduce network impacting incidents, improve speed and accuracy of changes, reduce manual work and enhance network tooling visibility.
• Work alongside the QA Team to include automated testing.
• Help mentor more junior developers.

What Skills You Need

• A number of years’ experience in a similar position.
• Strong experience with Python and Django.
• Experience building REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Network Engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Experience with the likes of Ansible, Postman, SoapUI, Angular, etc are an added bonus.
