Scrum Master

Job Description:

Are you a seasoned Scrum Master with a passion for agile principles and team empowerment? We’re looking for someone who blends deep scrum expertise with a strong desire to mentor, coach, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll be a key part of one or more collaborative agile teams, helping to accelerate value delivery and ensure successful delivery of integrated solutions.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog, remove impediments, and facilitate effective agile events. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a strong agile mindset within the team and across the wider organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide agile teams in aligning with core agile values, practices, metrics, and processes
• Partner with Product Owners to plan and deliver high-priority work from the roadmap
• Lead and support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and scrum of scrums
• Actively coach and mentor team members to elevate agile maturity and performance
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
• Maintain key performance metrics like burndown charts to ensure transparency
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate interdependent releases and deliver end-to-end value
• Present ideas and updates clearly and concisely to various audiences
• Balance multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Certified Scrum Master; advanced certifications a plus
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven experience in agile environments and tools (e.g., Jira, Kanban, Lean)
• Ability to foster collaboration and drive delivery across cross-functional teams
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams and individuals
• Familiarity with agile metrics and techniques for continuous team improvement
