Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative Web Designer with a strong passion for user experience and a keen eye for design to join their marketing team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead web design efforts, create visually compelling user interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Design Leadership: Take ownership of the marketing website’s design, ensuring a user-friendly, visually engaging experience that aligns with the brand’s message.
• User Experience (UX): Develop and refine user personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes to align the website with user needs.
• User Interface (UI): Craft intuitive, attractive interfaces focused on usability and aesthetics.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining quality and consistency across all visual materials.
• Graphic Design: Create and manage graphic design assets for marketing materials, social media, infographics, presentations, and more.
• Offline Event Support: Collaborate with vendors to finalize design proposals for offline events, ensuring cohesive branding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to deliver designs that meet business and user requirements.
• Research & Analysis: Stay current on design trends and best practices, conducting research and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
• Creativity & Innovation: Introduce fresh ideas and innovative approaches, pushing creative boundaries in all projects.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects focused on B2B and SAAS products.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong understanding of human psychology, user-centered design principles, and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills, with attention to aesthetics and detail.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
