Project Manager, 6 month Contract, Dublin

This Project Manager position sits within the Enterprise RDARR (Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting) Program, part of the Dublin Dev Labs team. The role is critical in driving delivery and collaboration across Technology and Business teams, particularly in areas related to risk data, compliance, and reporting standards

The Job:

• Stakeholder Engagement: The PM will work closely with senior stakeholders from both business and IT. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Workshop Facilitation: A major part of the job is organizing and leading structured workshops-capturing decisions, aligning goals, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and delivered.
• Project Coordination: The PM will manage multiple moving parts across early-stage discovery and project delivery, ensuring milestones are met and risks are addressed.
• Independent Delivery: The environment is fast-paced and dynamic. The PM is expected to take initiative, manage their own workload, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.

Have you:

• A strong background in stakeholder management, ideally in a financial services or regulatory environment.
• Experience leading workshops and translating outcomes into actionable plans.
• The ability to manage ambiguity, particularly in early project stages or discovery phases.
• Familiarity with data governance, data lineage, or regulatory frameworks like BCBS 239 is a bonus but not mandatory.
