Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Consultancy & Valuation Department with the integration of a Consultant in its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/ activities:

• Carrying out Market Analyses with a focus on a specific location and/or segment(s) of the real estate market, to support investment decisions;
• Identifying Real Estate Development Strategies to optimise the value of the asset(s) to support investment and/or divestment strategies;
• Participating in Buy Side Advisory processes in real estate investment transactions, by carrying out commercial due diligence, economic-financial analysis and real estate optimisation plans.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

• Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Management, Finance or a similar field;
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools;
• Proficiency in English;
• Written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
• High analytical and financial analysis skills;
• Strong time management skills;
• High sense of rigour and responsibility.
