Software Developer (Node.js, TypeScript.)

Your Role

As an Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in translating functional mapping concepts—developed by our Business Analysts—into robust technical integrations using Node.js and TypeScript. You will integrate various ERP and CRM systems into our Field Service Solution and ensure that the overarching processes work smoothly and reliably.

Over time, as you gain deeper knowledge of field service processes, you will also take on business analysis responsibilities and contribute to the design of integration concepts yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable integrations using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Translate functional data mapping concepts into fully working technical integrations.
• Interface ERP/CRM systems with our Salesforce-based Field Service Solution (Force.com).
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and performance across all connected systems.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Developers.
• Proactively test, monitor, and optimize integration workflows.
• Grow into a hybrid Integration/Business Analyst role over time.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid experience integrating external systems (ERP/CRM) via APIs, webhooks, or middleware.
• Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and handling data transformation.
• Familiarity with enterprise software systems like SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Good understanding of authentication standards such as OAuth2 and SAML.
• Comfortable using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. (German is a plus)

• Experience with the Salesforce/Force.com platform, especially in the field service context.
• Background in business process modeling or enterprise IT landscapes.
• Familiarity with messaging systems, queues, or iPaaS tools.
