Key Responsibilities


  • Provide high-quality administrative support throughout the full employee lifecycle.
  • Accurately input and maintain employee data in Workday to ensure integrity and reliability.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and distribute compensation reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Build and manage relationships with external service providers to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Collect and submit data for compensation and benefits benchmarking surveys and internal analysis.
  • Handle offboarding activities including documentation, exit interviews, and reporting to generate insights for decision-making.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions to help new hires integrate into the organization smoothly.
  • Organize and validate employee data for payroll processing in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work closely with payroll and talent acquisition teams to deliver seamless HR services across regions.


Skills & Experience


  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
  • A mindset geared toward process optimization and innovation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different regions and cultures.
  • Fluency in English and French is required; additional EU languages are a plus.
