Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support throughout the full employee lifecycle.
- Accurately input and maintain employee data in Workday to ensure integrity and reliability.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and distribute compensation reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Build and manage relationships with external service providers to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Collect and submit data for compensation and benefits benchmarking surveys and internal analysis.
- Handle offboarding activities including documentation, exit interviews, and reporting to generate insights for decision-making.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions to help new hires integrate into the organization smoothly.
- Organize and validate employee data for payroll processing in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work closely with payroll and talent acquisition teams to deliver seamless HR services across regions.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
- A mindset geared toward process optimization and innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different regions and cultures.
- Fluency in English and French is required; additional EU languages are a plus.
