IT Support & ERP Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Support & ERP Coordinator to join our Client’s IT team. This role is responsible for providing technical support across the organization, coordinating ERP-related activities, and ensuring smooth functioning of business-critical IT systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, a strong technical foundation, and excellent coordination and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, acting as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
• Manage ERP project tasks including timelines, data migration, UAT, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues across the organization.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including laptops, LAN/Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and CCTV systems.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, manage software installations, licenses, and ensure system backups are up to date.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery, SLA adherence, and oversee IT procurement.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or rollout projects
• Strong knowledge of networking, internet protocols, and system troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and IT infrastructure support
• Understanding of database systems and reporting tools (preferred)
