Project Manager - Packaging Machinery

My client who are a global leading provider of Packaging Machinery, are expanding the business here in Dubai. They are looking for a Project Manager to join the business and manage the MENA region clients.

The role will include:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, dispatch, engineering, finance, and more) to deliver smooth and successful project execution.
• Engage directly with customers to process new orders, plan technical visits, and manage spare/change parts delivery.
• Lead installations and commissioning on-site, taking charge of complex projects firsthand.
• Drive business growth by identifying customer needs, pursuing new opportunities, and supporting pre-sales activities.
• Balance multiple projects efficiently, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and best practice implementation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
• 5+ years’ proven experience in project management within technical or industrial settings.
• Expertise in machinery installations and line relocations
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
