Technical Support Engineer – Enterprise IT (German/English) – Hybrid (Munich/Stuttgart Area)

We’re hiring on behalf of an independent, fast-growing IT services provider that partners with global technology leaders to deliver cutting-edge infrastructure and data solutions. They serve enterprise customers across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

They’re seeking an experienced IT professional with 4+ years in customer-facing enterprise roles to join their delivery team supporting strategic projects across southern Germany.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead or assist IT infrastructure projects including deployments, migrations, and cloud integrations
• Work hands-on with VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Azure, and networking solutions
• Conduct client workshops to understand needs and recommend solutions
• Troubleshoot and document complex IT environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients/partners
• Hybrid: approx. 40% remote, 60% travel within Munich/Stuttgart region

🎓 What You Bring

• 5+ years enterprise IT or consulting experience
• Fluent German & proficient English (written and spoken)
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Expertise in virtualization, networking, hybrid-cloud, Windows Server, or Linux
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
