Social Media Manager – 6-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)

Location: North County Dublin - Office Based

Salary: €40,000–€42,500 pro rata

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Contract: 6 months, with potential for extension

On our client’s behalf, we’re looking for a confident, creative Social Media Manager to join a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand on a 6-month maternity cover contract. You’ll lead social strategy, content creation, and community engagement across all platforms, driving brand visibility and supporting e-commerce, retail, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Create and schedule trend-led, in-house content
• Plan shoots and manage content calendars
• Lead influencer campaigns and partnerships
• Monitor performance and report on insights
• Collaborate across teams on product launches and campaigns

What You’ll Need

• 3 years’ experience in social media management
• Strong content creation and video editing skills
• Platform-specific strategy know-how
• Proficiency with Meta Suite, Canva, CapCut, TikTok tools, Later
• Highly organised, communicative, and collaborative
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and youth culture

• Influencer or retail/e-commerce experience
• Customer service understanding
