AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring a CEO on behalf of our client, an established company within the retail services sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin.

Role:

• Responsible for leading and executing the strategic vision of the organisation and driving the company’s growth, profitability, and market share.
• Develop and implement the company’s strategic plans aligning with market trends and customer requirements.
• Set ambitious goals and objectives for the company’s growth and profitability making informed decisions based on market research, industry analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Optimise financial performance, including revenue growth, cost management, cashflow and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective and efficient optimisation of resources.
• Foster a strong team culture to deliver operational excellence, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven record of successful leadership in a GM, MD, or CEO role previously.
• Experience within an SME or founder led business a distinct advantage
• A passion for the retail and FMCG sector and supporting customers with innovative solutions.
• Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive growth in revenue and profitability.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
