Job Description

The Visual Merchandising Designer is responsible for designing window displays and any other seasonal installations planned for the retail stores.



Qualifications

  • 1.01 Internally consults with relevant departments (style office, communications office, etc.) to develop designs consistent with the collection's inspiration.
  • 1.02 Oversees the creation, study, and design of window displays, ensuring they meet the Brand's aesthetic and commercial requirements.
  • 1.03 Understands requirements and develops creative ideas to meet the needs of the retail stores.
  • 1.04 Is responsible for drafting technical manuals and informational tools (sales documents, assembly instructions, etc.) intended for retail stores.
  • 1.05 Promotes professional development through proactive, team-based, and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of their responsibilities.
  • 1.06 Promotes, adopts, and develops the use of digital technologies within their function, both in process management and in relationships with internal and external business stakeholders.
  • 1.07 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes, and the Organizational Community.
