We’re scaling up and looking for a Graphic Designer to join our design team.

In this position, you will

• Work closely with the design and marketing teams.
• Actively participate in design reviews, both seeking and giving meaningful, supportive feedback.
• Take ownership of workflows and creative projects from concept to completion, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Help shape the Eldorado brand identity with a gamer-focused approach.
• Design and create visuals for blog articles and thumbnails.
• Develop banners and overlays for the homepage, influencers (Twitch, Kick, YouTube), Google Ads, and site-wide promotions.
• Create achievement icons, illustrations and images, and visually appealing landing pages for games and influencers.

We expect you to have

• At least two years of professional experience in graphic design.
• A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant software.
• A passion for continuous learning and pushing creative boundaries.
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including graphic design solutions. Please include a link to your portfolio in your CV.
• Ability to work at our Vilnius office at least 4 days per week.

You will stand out if you

• Have animation skills.
• Have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Have experience with HTML5 banners.
