We’re looking for a passionate and organized Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team and help us grow the future of our bank.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Be a consultant and speaking partner to stakeholders and competence owners to provide most appropriate development solution;
  • Gather feedback of completed trainings to evaluate and measure training results
  • Coordinate and administrate training programs, learning platforms, and internal development initiatives;
  • Support employee onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling programs across departments;
  • Partner with managers to align learning opportunities with business and team needs;
  • Help tracking participation, measure impact, and continuously improve learning experiences;
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors and event logistics;
  • Bring new ideas to foster a growth mindset and a culture of continuous learning.


What we're looking for:

  • Experience in HR, training, or L&D roles (banking or corporate experience a plus);
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • A proactive mindset and passion for helping others grow;
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep learning fun and engaging;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbally.
