Digital Project Manager (Full time, the Netherlands)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help run projects for our prestigious global clients, based in the EMEA-region.

You will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects from concept to completion for a variety of clients. Your projects will include websites, online tools, web applications, and hyper personalised omni-channel marketing campaigns. Your daily tasks involve project planning, reviewing, managing, and communicating with internal & external teams.

Your Role Is To Support The Marketing Consultants And Client Partners To Drive Successful Projects – Delivered To Scope, On Time And Within Budget:

• Develop detailed project plans with tasks, resources, timings & milestones, working closely with the Delivery Team lead to plan resources.
• Run weekly internal and external project calls, to ensure projects progress to plan, identifying potential issues and risks and helping to mitigate them.
• Develop weekly and monthly reports to monitor project progress, budget consumption, & support Finance for monthly invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience as a project manager in eCommerce/Digital Marketing including running email marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• Marketing automation experience with Eloqua/Salesforce Marketing Cloud/HubSpot or other email service providers.
• A good grasp of customer journeys, website optimization, workflows, and Adobe.
• Highly organised, with strong Project Management skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
