Project Manager

Experience

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and delivery of complex, crossfunctional initiatives at global or international levels.
2. Strong ability to work in multicultural and distributed teams across time zones.
3. Proven experience in stakeholder management, change management, and strategic communications.
4. Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, and Office 365 suite.
5. Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects/workstreams.
2. Monitor timelines, risks, resources, and budgets; ensure successful delivery within constraints.
3. Update project management documentation including risk registers, results frameworks, business cases, and project status reports.
4. Coordinate and facilitate regular project governance and stakeholder meetings.
5. Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans and communication materials.
6. Collaborate with network members, internal teams, and governance bodies to track progress and mitigate delivery risks.
7. Ensure alignment with defined PMO frameworks, change management practices, and reporting standards.

Deliverables

1. Monthly status reports including risk updates, financial projections, and milestone tracking.
2. Governance facilitation with preparation of materials, documentation of decisions, and stakeholder coordination.
3. Member management tools, engagement tracking, communication content, and meeting coordination.

Education Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
