Network Operations Center Engineer

At REI Development Services we are looking for a NOC Agent (Network Operations Center) who is enthusiastic, creative, responsible and have the wish to grow alongside with us. • Technical skills and real interest in the news from your field of activity availability to work in shifts: 07:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:00, 23:00 – 07:00 and 2 weekends/month
• Availability to work exclusively from the office

What We Expect From You:

• Responsible to follow up all the related support requests coming from the customers
• Record trouble tickets and assign based upon urgency and issue
• Analyze alarms and trouble indicators to identify problem areas, troubleshoot and escalate to appropriate parties
• Ensure the continuous availability of all services
• Manage all networks maintenance/events
• To effectively troubleshoot and solve problems related to client & network faults
• To open, update and complete all Tickets in an accurate and timely manner
• To analyze incidents and escalate any improvement requirements

ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION

• Job will be onsite (at the office)
• Working schedule - 3 shifts - morning (07-15) /afternoon (15-23) /night (23-07) and 2 weekends/month
