Do you have a great passion for the Kids Baby customer? Are you excited to join us on our ambitious journey creating the best accessories for this important young customer? Our customers love our fashionable, cute, playful, and creative products and we look for you with the passion and ability to take the collections to the next level. Come work in our supportive, positive and creative team where the sky is the limit!

As a Junior Designer, you support a Product Designer in designing and developing the accessories collections, including swimwear, dress-up items, winter hats, scarves and gloves, caps, bucket hats, toys, and products for our dedicated Baby customers. The role involves, but is not limited to, flat sketching, work in CLO 3D, assist with fittings, produce and update collection overviews and colours collaborating with print design. This is a great opportunity to develop from your current individual design level, whilst learning from our global team.

Who You Are

We are looking for people with…

• BA/MA degree in Fashion Design working as a Junior Designer today
• A passion for and understanding of our H&M Baby customer and trends
• Strong customer focus and commercial thinking
• High work pace in Illustrator & Photoshop
• CLO 3D work experience
• PLM work experience is meriting
• Print design skills are meriting
• English fluency (Swedish not necessary)
