About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and skilled Java Developer to join our growing team at Finartz Connect. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable and high-performance backend systems, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Technical Qualifications

• Proficient in Java programming language
• Experienced with frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases like MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
• Preferably familiar with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and ClickHouse
• Experience working with REST and SOAP web services
• Good understanding of synchronous and asynchronous system architectures
• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Proficient in version control systems, especially GIT
• Preferably experienced with caching tools like Redis and Hazelcast
• Preferably knowledgeable about messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and design philosophies (e.g., Autonomy, Event Sourcing)
