About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and skilled Java Developer to join our growing team at Finartz Connect. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable and high-performance backend systems and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Technical Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
• Hands-on experience working with REST and SOAP web services
• Good understanding of synchronous and asynchronous system architectures
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Proficiency in version control systems, especially GIT
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and design principles (e.g., autonomy, event sourcing)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and ClickHouse
• Experience with caching tools such as Redis and Hazelcast
• Familiarity with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with the React ecosystem and modern frontend development practices
