Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM campaign management
  • Experience using campaign management tools (e.g. EVAM or similar platforms)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data segmentation and analysis
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent planning and time management abilities
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)


Job Description

  • Design and implement campaign strategies in collaboration with stakeholders across the bank
  • Build and execute targeted, multi-channel CRM campaigns (SMS, Push, Branch, Call Center, etc.)
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns including data processing and go-live coordination
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements based on data insights
  • Manage customer communication strategies across all touchpoints
  • Design customer journeys and marketing automation scenarios via CRM tools
