Expert Network Planning Engineer (Ankara)

What We're Looking For

• Graduated from Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mathematics Departments of Universities,
• Min. 3 years of experience
• Preferably CCNP certificate holder or CCNP level technical knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of WAN-LAN-INTERNET technologies
• Proficient in MPLS VPN-L3VPN-L2VPN-GetVPN-DMVPN
• Proficient in DHCP, ARP, Spoofing, Spanning Tree terminologies
• Advanced knowledge of Data Center Network Management
• Good experience with Cisco data center Nexus products
• Knowledgeable in Python programming language and knowledge of scripting applications
• Knowledge and experience in Cisco ACI, Vmware NSX products
• Preferably technical knowledge in security products such as Load-Balancer, DDOS, WAF, SSLVPN
• Information about Network structures of financial institutions (BKM-KKB-IMKB-Mastercard-Swift-Bloomberg etc.)

What You'll Do

• To ensure the installation and operation of Switch, Router, WLC, Packet Broker, QoS Appliance, NAC products in the bank network infrastructure
• To design and implement IP planning and necessary network architecture, which are the responsibility of the team
• To prepare technical network documents
• To understand internal and external customer needs and to make planning and guidance accordingly
• To make operational decisions regarding the areas of duty
• To represent the company/group/department/team within and outside the company when necessary
• To ensure system continuity in extraordinary situations regarding the areas of responsibility of the team
• To carry out duties in accordance with ITIL processes
• To lead POC and Test activities
• To have knowledge about the products under responsibility, to play an active role in the development of the product
• To take the necessary actions to comply with the deadlines specified in the project plan, to foresee possible risks and to inform and escalate to the managers and project team when necessary
