Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain embedded firmware for ARM Cortex-M and Cortex-A microcontrollers

• Implement real-time operating systems (RTOS) and device drivers for medical hardware

• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and clinical experts

• Ensure firmware compliance with medical device regulations (IEC 62304, ISO 13485)

• Perform debugging, validation, and testing to guarantee system reliability and safety

• Optimize firmware for low power consumption and robust operation in critical environments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience programming in C/C++ for embedded ARM Cortex platforms

• Solid knowledge of RTOS concepts and embedded firmware development lifecycle

• Familiarity with medical device standards and safety-critical system design

• Experience with hardware interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, ADC, and DAC

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug embedded systems effectively

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have

• Background in medical technology, safety-critical systems, or regulated industries

• Experience with embedded security or cryptography

• Knowledge of wireless communication protocols relevant to medical devices
