About the Role – Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain):

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong foundation in healthcare data analytics and business processes to join our AI & Data Analytics division. In this role, you will interpret clinical data, gather business requirements, and bridge the gap between technical teams and healthcare stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements related to healthcare workflows.
• Interpret healthcare datasets and generate actionable insights to support clinical and business goals.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to translate healthcare requirements into tech deliverables.
• Create process maps, use cases, and documentation to support project planning and delivery.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support SQL-based reporting, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of healthcare analytics tools.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or healthtech roles.
• Solid understanding of EHR systems, clinical metrics, and healthcare KPIs.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI. Python knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a healthcare setting.
• A clinical, medical, or life sciences background is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in Health Informatics, CCS, or BI tools (desirable).
