A prominent investment company headquartered in Doha is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Analyst to join its dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing to portfolio management, within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The position is open to candidates willing to relocate to Doha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis) to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Perform in-depth due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial statement review.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committees.
• Collaborate with senior team members during deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, and closing activities.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations for value enhancement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related financial field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• CFA charterholder or progress toward CFA designation is a plus.
