Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Glasgow City Centre (fully office-based)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

An established healthcare provider with a strong reputation for delivering specialist clinical services across the UK and Europe is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Operations team. With decades of experience and a consistent focus on innovation, the organisation supports clinical excellence through investment in technology, data and people.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that inform operational decision-making. Reporting into the Senior Operations Analyst, you’ll help shape business performance analysis, support key projects, and contribute to management information initiatives across the group.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and data storytelling. You’ll be building dashboards, developing reports, and refining data sources to ensure continuous improvement in operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and accurate reports and dashboards that drive business insight
• Analyse large and complex data sets to support operational and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate needs into analytical outputs
• Identify areas for reporting improvement and help implement best practices

What You’ll Need:

• HND or degree in Maths, Data Science, Computing or a related subject
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proven experience in analysing data from multiple sources
• Track record of delivering improvements through actionable insights
• Experience with tools like Power BI is a plus
