Our client is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead a complex, multi-stream Business Transformation Program for a leading telecom client. This high-impact role involves close collaboration with C-suite stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives aimed at enabling significant cost savings and elevating the organization’s Autonomous Operations Maturity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of a large-scale, multi-year business transformation program spanning operations, IT, and organizational change.
• Oversee multiple workstreams, each led by a Stream Lead; ensure strategic alignment and integration across all streams.
• Shape and drive the transformation roadmap with a clear focus on operational savings, efficiency, and maturity improvements.
• Engage directly with senior business leaders and influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Guide the adoption of automation, AIOps, and autonomous operations within a telecom context.
• Ensure robust program governance, risk management, and realization of business benefits.
• Champion change management and enterprise-wide alignment to transformation goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 20+ years of total experience, with 15+ years in the telecom industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs within telecom organizations.
• Direct experience working with and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of where transformation value is generated within telecom businesses, especially around Autonomous Operations, AIOps, and Digital Twin concepts.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience spanning business, IT, and operational domains.
• Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication abilities.
• Experience with European telecom operators; Dutch language proficiency is a strong plus.
