What You’ll Do

• Design and develop robust data models and ETL pipelines in a modern Azure-based environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to both strategic initiatives and operational improvements across the business.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions that challenge the status quo.

What You Bring

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in backend BI development, data engineering, or a similar role. We’re also open to 3+ years if your skillset is a strong match.
• Solid experience with Microsoft’s Azure BI stack (e.g., Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory).
• Proficiency in SQL and Spark (Python or Scala).
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and data architecture.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Skills in Power BI or an interest in data visualization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft’s on-prem BI tools (SSIS, SSAS, SQL Server).
