Work model:

• Hybrid (2-3 days / week / in the office - Warszawa)

Salary:

• 5500 - 6000 PLN gross / month / UZ (Umowa Zlecenie)

Additional info:

• Start: As soon as possible (06.2025)
• Full-time work (Monday - Friday during standard business hours)

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Search and aggregate data from internal systems
• Evaluate and make decisions on related data/materials - close or escalate
• Describing and summarizing materials
• Using SOPS (Standard Operating Procedures) and WI (Work Instructions) to populate Excel, Sharepoint and other tools

You’re Ideal for This Role If You Have:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (min. B2 level)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Min. basic understanding of the corporate environment
• Ability to follow Procedures/Standard Operating Procedures
• Ability to work under pressure of change, in an environment with a lot of performance management and reporting
• Availability for full-time work
