IF YOU ARE
- A seasoned software engineer with 3+ years of experience
- Good at solving real-world problems with elegant backend architecture and clean, maintainable code
- Highly experienced with Flutter or thrive in cross-functional collaboration
- Confident working with Django, Python, and Celery
- Possessing solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and RESTful APIs
- Comfortable in navigating AWS environments and understanding how to build scalable systems
- Capable of maintaining daily communication with English-speaking software engineers on the client side (English level Intermediate Strong or higher)
- Work on a fast-growing product that impacts thousands of users, where your code directly contributes to business success
- Build and optimize back-end services, integrate modern cloud solutions, and collaborate closely with product and mobile teams to deliver seamless experiences
- Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions using Flutter and Python
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Ensure high code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
