Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

●     Lead the technical direction of projects by selecting appropriate technology stacks, defining software architecture, and establishing technical standards.

●     Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to ensure alignment with overall system architecture.

●     Oversee the quality of code produced by the engineering team, conduct thorough code reviews, and enforce best practices to maintain high standards in software development.

●     Provide mentorship to team members, fostering the development of their technical skills. Offer guidance on complex technical issues and support the growth of the engineering team.

●     Serve as the go-to expert for resolving complex technical problems, including troubleshooting and debugging challenging issues.

●     Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

●     Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between engineering and other departments.

Your Background:

●     Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.

●     Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.

●     Track record in guiding technical direction and fostering collaboration.

●     Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex issues.

●     Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Desirable technical skills:

●     Strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

●     Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, NextJS) and backend development patterns.

●     Experience with Playwright, ViTest, and Storybook.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools.
