Finnish Language Data Annotator (Tampere, hybrid)

Work Location: Tampere, Finland (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday during regular business hours

Engagement Model: Temporary contract, hourly based

Languages Needed: Finnish

Start Date: 16th of June

Project duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension

We are looking for Finnish Speakers to join us on a new innovative and interesting project to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology that makes our everyday lives better (i.e., speech or text recognition, input methods, keyboard/swipe technology, or other areas of human-machine interaction related to languages).

Role Summary

The Language Data Annotator will analyze data in Finnish and identify potential issues. This data will be used to develop and improve the speech recognition capabilities of Artificial Intelligence systems.

Role Responsibilities

• To analyze data in Finnish language
• Classify and label information
• Meet daily Key Performance Indexes (KPIs) as defined by management/supervisor
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
  
  
  

Role Requirements

• Excellent listening, writing, and spelling skills in Finnish language
• Good reading and comprehension skills in English. Ability to understand guidelines in English
• Good understanding of Finnish culture, familiarity with current affairs in Finland
• Ability to meet daily quality standards
• Familiarity with iOS software
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility, ability to adapt and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
• Ability to track, analyze, and report issues
• Problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management
