About the Opportunity


Based full time in our Subiaco office, as the HR Generalist, you will be exposed to the full breadth of human resources in a high-performance oil and gas environment. Working as part of a small but agile HR team, this role is ideal for someone with strong values, a drive to learn, and a genuine passion for making a difference.


  • Indigenous SkillUP programs and apprenticeship pathways
  • Learning and development planning and coordination
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Entry-level case management and compliance tasks
  • Assist in delivering generalist HR support under supervision, ensuring compliance with company policy, the Fair Work Act, and HR best practices
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement, L&D planning, and data management to support retention and career growth pathways.


About you


  • You are a recent HR graduate or early-career professional (1–2 years’ experience ideal)
  • Passionate about L&D, community-focused workforce development, and social impact
  • Hungry to grow your HR knowledge and willing to learn from some of the best in the business
  • Resilient, proactive, and ready to take on a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control own workload
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiative and values, including discretion and confidentiality
