Business Intelligence Analyst

We currently have an opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst. Join our Operations solutions team and play a key role in driving business value and improving decision-making through innovative data solutions. Reporting to Business & Systems Manager you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.


What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive BI solutions, dashboards, and reports using various data sources.
• Partner with project team to understand their needs and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement BI initiatives that align with organisational goals.
• Translate complex reporting requirements, complex data analysis and insights into clear, concise reports for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Drive continuous improvements in data management practices and enhance reporting capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in information technology, computer science, business, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Paginated Reports.
• Proficient in data visualisation techniques and skilled in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
